These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between dsywin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or participates in any gaming, wagering, or related activity offered through the dsywin website at https://dsywin.cam and any associated mobile or web application.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and any other information reasonably requested by dsywin for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dsywin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify dsywin's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or security breach.

dsywin reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identification document (National Registration Identity Card, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Access to and use of the dsywin Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or system used by the Platform.
• Not use any automated software, robot, bot, spider, or other automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
• Not engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Platform's infrastructure.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, content, trademarks, and branding — remain the exclusive property of dsywin or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use such intellectual property.

dsywin accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian and international payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

dsywin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dsywin accepts no responsibility. All deposit amounts are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent converted value where applicable.

dsywin employs 256-bit SSL encryption and complies with applicable payment security standards to protect all financial transactions. We do not store full card or banking credentials on our servers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed. First-time withdrawal verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is specified on each individual promotion page.
• Only bets placed with Bonus Funds that qualify under the terms of the relevant promotion contribute toward the wagering requirement. Not all games contribute equally; slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
• dsywin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the wager was placed.

All bets and wagers placed on the dsywin Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are published within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dsywin will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, error in odds, or data feed failure, dsywin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the User's Account Balance.
• Sports betting results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). For Liga Super Malaysia matches, the Football Association of Malaysia's official results shall be determinative.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary based on Account status, VIP tier, and market type.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and audited by third-party laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the dsywin Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Account Balance:

• Colluding with other players or working in concert with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Conducting arbitrage betting in a manner that abuses promotional offers or constitutes systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Registering multiple Accounts or accessing the Platform through another person's Account.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other material information in connection with your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.

dsywin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder pursuant to our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Where an Account is closed by dsywin due to a breach of these Terms, any Account Balance may be retained by dsywin to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request (and no breach of Terms has occurred), any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to a verified payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

dsywin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

dsywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, dsywin will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via in-Platform notification or email to the address registered on their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dsywin holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through dsywin's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing regime.
